Peanut Butter Bars |
1/2 cup | butter or margarine |
1/2 cup | sugar |
1/2 cup | brown sugar |
1 | egg |
1/3 cup | peanut butter |
1/2 tsp | baking soda |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | vanilla |
1 cup | flour |
1 cup | quick rolled oats |
6 oz. | chocolate chips |
Cream butter and sugars. Blend in egg, peanut butter, baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Stir in flour and oats. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minuts. Spread evenly and cool before cutting. Makes 3-4 dozen. |
