Peanut Butter Bars
1/2 cupbutter or margarine
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1egg
1/3 cuppeanut butter
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cupflour
1 cupquick rolled oats
6 oz.chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugars. Blend in egg, peanut butter, baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Stir in flour and oats. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minuts. Spread evenly and cool before cutting. Makes 3-4 dozen.
