Using scissors, cut a circle out of top of each pita leaving a 1/2" time, saving circle for other use. Lightly toast pita bottoms if desired. Evenly spread about 2 rounded tablespoons of the soup/sauce on each pita. Top with 2 1/2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan. On Microwave safe plate lined with paper towl, cook pita on high for 45 seconds or until cheese is melted. Cool 1 or 2 minutes before eating.
